Job Description:
  • Handle incoming calls from patients and visitors, providing accurate and timely information about hospital services, appointments, and events.
  • Schedule appointments for consultations, tests, and procedures, ensuring effective coordination between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns, providing high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions, and follow up on patient requests as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in communication, customer service, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and phone systems.
