Marketing Manager
Job Description:
- Lead the marketing department, setting goals and strategies to increase the hospital's market presence and patient engagement.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives, including public relations, and advertising.
- Manage and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with senior management and other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
