Job Description:

• Oversee the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care is delivered across various hospital departments.
• Manage staffing schedules, patient assignments, and nursing resources to optimize patient care and staff efficiency.
• Act as a mentor and provide guidance to nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field, with acurrent Registered Nurse license.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient care.
