Receptionist

Job Description:
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, manage the reception area, and ensure a smooth flow of information within the hospital.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient registrations, and update patient records in the hospital's database.
  • Provide general administrative support including handling mail, managing office supplies, and assisting with the coordination of hospital events and meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma ordegree in business administration, communication, or related field.
  • Provenexperience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Excellentcommunication skills with a focus on patient and visitor satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hospital management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
